I'm kinda pleased to hear that the ICC prosecutor in The Hague has been taking hundreds of testimonials from ex-hostages and hostages family members from Israel last week, for a preliminary investigation into war crimes committed by Hamas and it's complices in the Palestinian - Israeli conflict - since October 7 and over the years.
The ICC prosecutor seems to have visited the kibbutzim attacked on October 7 th in November 2023.
I have listened to the interview on Dutch radio station NPO with Chris den Hoedt, representative of the Dutch chapter of the Family Forum for Hostages and Missing and and Geert-Jan Knoops, lawyer at the International Criminal Court and professor of international law at the University of Amsterdam.
The ICC in The Hague have jurisdiction to prosecute war criminals on personal title.
Neither Israël or the USA are ICC members, but Palestinian governments are. They've requested a preliminary investigation against Israël on Palestinian territories since 2014.
Theoretically the ICC could order arrest warrants against Hamas leaders and their complices, contrary to the ICJ who only has jurisdiction on state representatives.
Let's hope this investigation may help expose Hamas leaders and their complices on an international level.
Expose the terror they are committing not only against Israël and Palestinian and other "infidels" for decades but also for abusing the vulnerable by poisoning at least 4 generations of Palestinian children by teaching them hatred and become terrorist martyrs in stead of giving them a proper education to build a future.
It won't be in short term but maybe the preliminary investigation request from the ISRAELI and INTERNATIONAL VICTIMS of the Hamas & other Palestinian terror attacks ON OCTOBER 7 WILL EXPOSE THE FACTS !
Although I'm very worried by the fact that the brainwashing HATE education by HAMAS UNWRA and it's consequences doesn't seem to get through, on social media or by other news reporting.
And that the ICC prosecutor and other ICC members basically seem to support the "innocent" Palestinians, themselves being of Muslim origins.
