The theological battle must be won, as well as the military battle.
Winning the theological battle would involve persuading the Gulf states, and Saudi Arabia etc to side with Israel. To unequivocally state that Israel has the right to exist. And indeed has the mandate from Allah to do so. As stated in the Koran.
